Chinese Steamed Dumplings
Featuring:
Golden Yuan Chow Mein Noodles |

Ingredients:
1 pkg. GOLDEN YUAN Won Ton Wrappings
Dumpling filling:

1 egg
1 lb. minced pork
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chopped ginger or
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 onion - finely chopped

2 - 3 stalks of celery or bak choi or swisschard - finely
chopped
1 tsp. sesame or vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soya sauce |
- Combine filling ingredients and mix throughly.
- Add 1 tbsp. of the filling mixture to the middle each wrapping.
- Bring edges of wrapping up and around the sides of the filling, leaving
the top of the filling exposed.
- Place dumplings on an oiled dish and steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Dumplings can be served with plain soya sauce, or soya sauce with
vinegar, ginger, and chopped onion added to taste.
