Deep Fried Won Ton
Featuring:
Golden Yuan Won Ton Wrappings |

Ingredients:
1 pkg. GOLDEN YUAN Won Ton Wrappings
Filling*: |
1/2
lb. diced raw shrimp
1/2 lb. minced pork
1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soya sauce
1 egg

- Thoroughly combine all filling ingredients together.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling mixture in the middle of a Won Ton
wrapping. Bring together the edges of the wrapping and stick them together
with water to seal in the filling. Repeat for each wrapping.
- Fill deep fryer or large pot with 3 inches of cooking oil or shortening.
Heat to 375.
- Carefully place Won Tons into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and place on a dry paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm
with sweet and sour sauce, or other sweet fruit sauce.
*Other fillings that can be used include seasoned hamburger,
sausage meat, minced veal, ground turkey or chicken, etc.
